Foraging Ideas, Farming Knowledge & Fermenting Cultures Workshop

Join us for a guided walk from Winchester School of Art through the Winnall Moors and back, followed by an introduction to local growing practices and a simple hands-on fermentation session using locally foraged and farmed ingredients. We will explore edible wild plants, small scale food growing, and food preservation, while also sampling locally produced foods.
