A special 5 course Hampshire tasting menu featuring local produce and their own locally grown fruit and vegetables.
Pre Starter: Winchester gin cured chalk stream trout, watercress mayo, picked radishes. Tunworth Cheese Fritter, Pickled Heritage Radishes, Watercress Mayonnaise, Cranberry Jam
Starter: New forest mushrooms fried in wild garlic butter, toasted lemon and thyme bread crispy vale farm egg yolk
Palate Cleanser: Home made raspberry sorbet
Main: Duo of beef, brisket in a sticky glaze, pan fried Sirloin, celeriac and potato dauphinois, carrots puree, thyme jus
Roasted Hispi Cabbage, Beetroot & Wild Garlic Hummus, Carrot & Celeriac Gratin, Harissa Dressing
Dessert: Chef’s garden rhubarb pavlova, chantilly cream, rhubarb 3 ways poached rhubarb, rhubarb gel a rhubarb sorbet
This menu will be exclusive for the evening and will require a booking. There will also be live music accompanying the event that evening.
