The Roebuck’s A Taste of Mauritius menu is all homemade, authentic dishes using family recipes, as landlady Sarah is half Mauritian. Food can be enjoyed in the Roebuck’s attractive restaurant and extensive garden.

Cari poulet – homestyle chicken curry
Cari kofte – beef kofte masala curry
Rougaille legumes – Mauritian vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce

Tarte banane – banana tart with vanilla ice cream
